My name is Enrique Murguia, founder of Milwaukee OATS.

What started as a simple idea—that a t-shirt could carry a message—has grown into something much bigger. We believe it’s never “only a t-shirt,” but a powerful medium for storytelling, connection, and impact.

I founded Milwaukee OATS in 2014 as a way to engage our community, develop youth, and create meaningful art. Growing up in Milwaukee shaped that vision. My professional background began in the nonprofit space, where I mentored youth who shared similar experiences to mine. Through that work, I saw how art could serve as both a therapeutic outlet and a tool for growth, helping address real challenges while building confidence and skill.

Those roots continue to drive everything we do.

Today, Milwaukee OATS is a screen printing and brand activation studio that partners with brands, organizations, and businesses to create premium custom merchandise and high-impact experiences. From elevated apparel to live screen printing activations, our work is designed to bring people together, strengthen brand presence, and leave a lasting impression.

Beyond our services, we remain deeply committed to our mission. We reinvest in our community by mentoring youth through hands-on training in screen printing, while teaching professional skills, self-empowerment, and real-world experience that prepares them for the future.
